Op het luxe Ocean Resort Boca Gentil, gelegen in de wijk Vista Royal ligt deze fantastische waterfront villa, villa Miramar. De villa is van alle luxe voorzien die men tijdens een droom vakantie zou wensen.
Zodra u de deur van de villa binnenkomt ziet door de luiken van de keuken de blauwe zee al glinsteren. De rosten aan de waterlijn waarop de vakantievilla ligt zijn wat hoger waardoor de terrassen heerlijk op de wind liggen.
De villa is geschikt voor 8 personen. 2 Kinderbedjes bijplaatsen is geen probleem. Er zijn 2 master-bedrooms met beide een eigen, volledige badkamer en-suite. Twee andere slaapkamers delen samen een badkamer. Op de gang is een extra gasten toilet.
De keuken is royaal en heeft een groot kookeiland. Alle moderne apparatuur is beschikbaar zoals een dubbeldeurs koelkast met ijsblokjes dispencer, een Nespresso, een oven en een magnetron.
Op het pooldek rond het royale privé zwembad treft u een gezellige lounge hoek aan, een royale eettafel en diverse ligstoelen. Er is een portable hek beschikbaar zodat kleine kinderen niet ongezien bij het zwembad kunnen komen.
Vanuit de woonkamer welke is voorzien van een gezellige zitgelegenheid en een flatscreen TV stapt u het uitzichts terras op welke enigszins op de rotsen is gebouwd. Vanaf dit terras heeft u uitzicht over zee richting Willemstad en ziet u 's avonds de mooie zonsondergang en het vertrek van de cruiseschepen uit de haven van Willemstad. Uiteraard heeft u overal bereik van de gratis WIFI.
Het strand van Jan Thiel met al haar fun, winkeltjes, ijssalon, (water)sport en ca 8 restaurants ligt op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van de villa.
De villa is geschikt voor minder validen en rolstoelgebruikers. Met een rolstoel kunt u niet het uitzichts terras op. Tevens is de villa kindvriendelijk.

We had a fabulous time at Miramar during our stay Feb 3-10. There were 7 of us girlfriends. It was our second time visiting Jan Thiel. Miramar was just beautiful, well equipped, and well cared for. The care takers were lovely and responsive. Most of used the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night and we did not exceed the electricity limits. My wife Angie and I stayed at Villa Miramar for 2 weeks with our 4 children in August. We had an absolutely magical time. The house is spectacular, the sunsets were breathtaking, and we absolutely fell in love with the island. Monique did a wonderful job helping us settle in and also set up a wonderful private charter to Klein Curacao. This was one of our all time favorite vacations, thanks for making it so memorable.
Heerlijke vakantie gehad in villa Miramar van boca gentil. Ruimte genoeg, wij waren met 8 personen. Tijdens een paar zeldzame windstille dagen was het prachtig snorkelen voor het villapark. Heerlijke BBq en alles prima geregeld zowel hier als daar!
We had a fantastic time in Curacao! We loved the Villa Miramar with its modern conveniences and stunning views! It is Paradise! Great restaurants, beach activities, a gym and a grocery store are all a few minutes walk away. We tried many underwater activities on the island as well as visited the historic city of Willemstad. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and hope to visit next year! Thank you for one of our best vacations ever!!
Our stay was incredible! Everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is in such a beautiful location right on the water, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was lovely, well appointed, well cleaned, the remodeled bathrooms were an added treat. The pool was very clean. Karen from the Management company was very friendly, professional and helpful, she went over everything thoroughly, checkout was quick and easy. We even had the dolphins show up the last two days! On a personal note, our daughter's wedding was beautiful and no rain that day! We will certainly be back again and would probably rent this villa again.
It is magical. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was just beautiful. Though we had a slight problem with 1 air conditioner, the management responded to the concern immediately. The space was exactly as indicated in the photos with the sound of the water always surrounding us. We loved the place and enjoyed the walks to the restaurants withing a manageable walk. Our family was happy to be all together to celebrate my 65th birthday and we all had a fabulous time. We snorkeled everyday and made it up to Christoffel National Park and climbed. My only suggestion would be to let renters know in advance that the beautiful place is not equipped with supplies. We had done our shopping before we realized that we needed household supplies. We loved the villa and would most certainly rent again.

The pictures do not do house justice. Right on the ocean, with very large pool and vast amount of outdoor living space. The home sleeps 8, but could easily hold 12. If Curacao wasn't such a great island, we would have been happy to stay put in house for entire week. Walking distance to Jan Thiel beach area, and easy driving every were else. We will definitely return!
Great property, with a fantastic view at the sea!
The villa is even better than the pictures. The view is breathtaking, great indoor/outdoor living space, nice deep pool (about 6ft), great additional seating area over the water, and a nice breeze throughout the house. Getting to the property from the airport was a little tricky, but the property manager was still there waiting for us despite taking longer than we expected to arrive (its about 40 minutes when you know where to go). We were greeted with a nice unexpected gift from the owners with drinks and snacks. The check in/check out process was very easy, and the property managers were always promptly available when needed. The gas grill was nice and easy to use, came with everything you would need. The villa had plenty of linen for bathing and beach use. The neighborhood was very nice, about 10 minute walk to the beach and store. There were only 2 resort cards available which was a challenge for us at times, as we were a group of 7, and we were asked about the cards even when we were walking from the beach/store. We noticed we were questioned more than others walking around the neighborhood, that was primarily European residents, but there were no significant issues after a few days. Mambo beach, which was a little more diverse, larger and more casual restaurants, was only about a 10-15 minute drive. The property is really 3 full bathrooms, 1 bathroom is the split, there is a shower room between the 2 smaller bedrooms, and a powder room in the hallway. The other 2 larger bedrooms were really nice full bathrooms suites. There was a nice large separate indoor living room space that could easily be used as an additional sleeping space. Wifi worked well the entire time. Minor feedback, hand soap in the bathrooms and dish soap for the kitchen would be a nice addition (the owners did leave a travel size tube of soap and 1 small bar of soap) and the property information book was only written in Dutch, but the property manager told us everything we needed to know so this wasnt a big deal. And if traveling from the States, make sure you bring outlet converters (type f) possibly including may be nice addition. Overall, this villa is absolutely amazing, and recommended, we plan to return again! I couldn't have asked for better accommodations to celebrate my birthday! Date of arrival - February 8, 2020
