Arrival, departure and minimum stay
You can arrive and depart every day. The minimum stay is indicated at the rates page.
For Christmas/New Year, you can only make a booking for a 7-night stay (or more) with arrival on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday before
or on Christmas day and or New Years Day (or earlier, of course) and departure on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday after New Years Day
(or later, of course).
Arrival time is 16.00 hrs (4 p.m.) and we ask you to leave the condo at 10.00 hrs (10 a.m.) assuring us to have enough time to clean
the home before the next guests arrive. If you have a late flight home (most flights to Europe leave in the evening) and you want
to be sure that you can use the condo until departure, the best way to secure this is booking a so called late check out. You can
stay until 18.00 hrs then and use the condo and the pool area until departure.
Rates
The published rates are in EURO () and for use for 2 people; rates are per condo per night. For each extra person (3 years and older)
a surcharge per person per night is charged.
The costs of the final cleaning are indicated when used by 2 people; if more: there is also a surcharge for each extra person.

The costs for electricity are included (please see below, 'Included in the rental rate').
The costs for use the High Speed Internet connection is 2,50/day. You have to bring your own laptop.
Option, reservation, payment and deposit
Before you make reservations you can take an option for a few days. It gives you the opportunity to arrange flights. As
long as your option lasts the condo is not rented to somebody else. If somebody else wants to make bookings in this time,
you will have first choice for 24 hours. The expiry date of the option is clearly stated by e-mail. The option expires
automatically after the expiry date.

This page is updated frequently.
When you make a reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail; this will be held for 10 days. In these 10 days
your first payment (50% of rental) must be paid to the owner. Balance (incl. costs for final cleaning, other items and deposit)
must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If you pay by international money order, credit card or other payment where charges apply,
these charges are at your account.
If a booking is made but the deposit is not paid within the first 10 days, the reservation may be cancelled. A minimum cancellation
fee of 100,- applies.
The deposit is 300,- for the condo. The deposit is returned within 14 days after departure; if there are any damages for which
you are responsible for, the costs of that will be deducted. The condo is inspected by our caretaker at your departure.
Included/not included in the rental rate
Included: electricity (incl. air conditioning) water; cleaning at arrival and during your stay (about weekly, only for
stays more than 7 nights), bed linens, towels and 1 beach towel per person, maintenance of garden and pool. Daily (except Sundays)
delivery of a Dutch Newspaper.
Not included: Final cleaning, transportation from and to the airport (if desired: 10,- per person, return; free if you
rent our car), phone, DSL-internet and other personal costs.
Damages
We expect that you will use our home with care, as do you at your own home. Nevertheless, an accident can happen and something may
be broken or damaged. To assure that the next renter don't have to bother about this, we strongly request that you inform the care
taker at once. If damages are at your responsibility, they will be charged to you, but if they are below 25,- (per stay), we
will not charge for them.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your reservation, we will try to rent the condo for the same dates. The following conditions apply:
- if the condo is rented again in full for your originally booked dates: cancellation fee of 100,-
- if the condo is rented again for parts of your originally booked dates: cancellation fee of 100,- plus the
rental rate of the nights which are not rented; maximum is your full rental rate of the originally booked dates
- if the condo is not rented again: full agreed rental rate for your originally booked dates.
If you leave the condo earlier than agreed in the rental agreement, there is no refund. We strongly advise you to have
cancellation insurance.
Smoking policy
To the convenience of all our guests, our smoking policy is clear: it is not permitted inside the condo, but on the premises
(outside), you are allowed to do if you like. But please take care for fire as it can be dry and windy on Curaηao.
