The condo is in a villa, which is on the outside of Jan Sofat. This ensures you beautiful, unobstructed views,
no rear neighbours and maximum privacy.
The condo has a large living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (a large one and a smaller one), and a bathroom.
It sleeps 3 people (if desired: 4).
The Master bedroom is large, has enough closets and sliding doors to the porch. With a few steps you can enter
the pool. The second bedroom is smaller but large enough for two beds and also has enough closets.
Both bedrooms are equipped with silent split level air conditioners to guarantee you a good nights rest.
The bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower area.
The living room is very large and has a sitting area, dining table, some cabinets and other items to
you make feel at home. It is decorated in temporary style with beautiful art on the walls.
A TV with DVD-player (region free, so bring your own DVD’s if you like however we do provide a DVD-library) is
in the living room. The TV is a satellite one, so also a lot of English spoken (mainly US-) channels are available.
A stereo and a portable Radio/CD-player (for use outside) completes the comfort of the living room.
In the modern kitchen you will find the usual appliances (dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven/microwave. fridge,
coffee maker and toaster). You can easily make your own meals if you like to.
But... most of the time you will spend outside. The spacious porch (covered terrace) has very comfortable furniture
to relax and have your meals outside. It has a table for 4 people and a lounge set for relaxing for hours, amidst
the tropical trade winds and enjoying a peaceful night.
The porch is surrounded by bougainville and other scenting flowers; between these you will have the beautiful views
mentioned before.
From your private porch it is just a few steps to the large pool (6 x 12 meters, 20 x 40 ft) with several depths.
As you share this pool with the two people who live upstairs only, most of the days you will experience this pool
as your own (but do not pay the price for that!).
At the pool deck there are enough sun beds, chairs, table and a large (gas-) BBQ which you can use freely.
In your condo you can also use the facilities which are available in the villa, such as DSL-Internet (just bring
your own laptop), the washer and the dryer.
So, you will have lots of luxury at a very affordable rate and you don’t have to worry about lots of noise or
holiday crowds… they just don’t come here!
