The villa ‘Kas ku Palma’ is situated on ‘Grote Berg’, forming a widely spread area on the west side
of Willemstad, about 10 kms (6 miles) from the old city centre. The area is elevated a bit (the ‘big mountain’)
which allowes the north eastern trade wind to touch the villa and let you sleep in a gentle breeze all
night long. There is no through traffic in the neighbourhood.

But, the main attractions of Curaçao are close by: the Sea Aquarium,
the historical city centre of Willemstad (Unesco World Heritage Site) with its many shops, colourful streets,
terraces and 'floating market'. And the many restaurants with very different ‘cuisines’ will surprise your taste!
For a lovely lunch or dinner you will always find a restaurant of your choice and budget. You should try
the famous 'Rijsttafel' in one of the original Indonesian restaurants! And for the kids… McDonalds, KFC
and Pizza Hut are available too!
And don't forget to visit the Ostrich Farm: the kids will love it!

This side of the island is very famous because of its quiet,
sandy beaches.
Within a few minutes you will reach the beaches of Porto Mari, Cas Abao, Playa Kalki or the Knip-beaches.
They all offer world class diving and snorkelling.
Grote Berg is also very centrally located to visit the Christoffel
National Park where we can offer a very special package of visiting the park combined with a BBQ on a secluded spot
in the park.
For a good lunch or dinner, you are welcome at the well known restaurants of Martha Koosje and Landhuis Daniel
(Daniel’s Mansion) within 3-4 minutes.
The mid and west of Curaçao has a very beautiful scenery, decorated with churches in Dutch architecture
(but painted in Caribbean colours!), old mansions, reminders of the slavery and many species of unique animals.
Tropical birds will welcome you at your breakfast table asking for a piece of bread every day.
The villa is situated on a walled and gated lot of about 940 sq. metres (about 10.000 sq. feet) which gives you a
lot of privacy. The built area surfaces about 370 sq. meters (about 4200 sq feet) and therefore is very spacious.
The villa has two levels; on the upper level it has 2 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom; 3 bedrooms and one
bathroom are on the ground level. A 3rd bathroom is at the pool area. The villa can accommodate 8-10 people
comfortably.
The name of the villa ‘Kas ku Palma’ is Papiamentu (local language) for ‘House with Palms’. This you will
understand when entering the villa and its premises, as the lot is decorated with many palms and other tropical
plants.
